I submitted this cartoon to a mail-in contest back in 1994, but it was returned as undeliverable. (The P.O. box was closed — maybe it was a sham?) So the envelope sat in a box in my mother's basement for many years until I discovered it one afternoon in 2007. I had completely forgotten about this cartoon, but thought it was kind of funny and therefore worth posting to my web page. |
