Since everyone who shopped at ThriftyMart almost always bought something from the Cheese Wall, ThriftyMart hired a person whose only job was to keep the Cheese Wall continually stocked, organized, and beautiful. It was considered a great honor to work at the Cheese Wall. Every time a new Cheese Wall employee was hired, the old employee would spend several days training the new recruit all the ins and outs of Cheese Wall decor.
