I was inspired to do this one by my tenth grade geometry teacher. Well, not directly
inspired by her: she never made any obscene calls to my house of a geometric nature or
of any nature, for that matter. But, her enthusiasm for geometry was so infectious that I, too,
became consumed by the subject. It became the object of several cartoons that I drew during
that period, yet this is the only one that even comes close to being universally appreciable.
Stylistically, you will notice that the scanning-quality of this cartoon is somewhat lower than
most of the others in this gallery. I cannot come up with a logical explanation for this. I even
scanned it twice, with equally poor results each time. Hmmm....
